At Zen Le Pouvoir des Fleurs, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing you with quality products and impeccable service. Here is our return and refund policy:

1. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or refunds, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. If you find a defect in your bouquet or if it does not stay in good condition after one day, we will redo the bouquet.

2. Return Process

●  Timeframe: Defective merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date.

●  Location: Merchandise exchanges can only be done in-store.

●  Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition with proof of purchase.

3. Refunds

Purchases are non-refundable. However, if you receive a purchase that does not meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible. A photo may be required to assess the situation.

4. Return Requirements

●  Flowers and Bouquets: Only flowers or plants that do not meet usual quality standards will be credited. Unfortunately, a bouquet that is not to your liking cannot be refunded. Therefore, it is important to give us as many details as possible about your preferences during the transaction. If necessary, call us.

●  Plants: No exchange or refund is possible after 7 days from the date of receipt of your purchase.

5. Flower Availability

Please note that the chosen bouquets cannot always be crafted exactly the same way due to different flower arrivals each week and seasonal variations. We do our best to recreate the spirit of the chosen bouquet while using the available flowers.
